New and not yet worn items can be returned to happyfamilygioielli.it within 14 days of delivery. Be careful, however, that Since the items are personalized and unique, 30% of the price will be retained for each returned personalized pendant for restocking costs .

EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL

If you exercise the right of withdrawal, you will be refunded all payments you have made to us, excluding delivery costs and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Please note, however, that since the items are personalized and unique, 30% of their price will be deducted from those returned for restocking costs.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of such reimbursement.

The refund may be suspended until receipt of the goods or until you demonstrate that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier. Please return the goods to the following address:
