We follow everything ourselves, without external intermediaries, from production to delivery to after-sales assistance. The production chain is 100% made in Italy : we choose our suppliers by valorising local realities in our territory.

The medals are made with a silver casting process.
2. CAD drawing
Our goldsmiths create the customization of your jewel on Cad.
3. Laser engraving
The design is engraved on the medal through laser engraving.
4. Enamelling
Nanoceramic enamelling on all jewels. Guaranteed for life!
5. Satin finish
For a smooth but matt effect typical of all Happy Family products.
6. Laser welding
Matching with the accessory and laser welding.
7. Polishing and Ultrasound
Cleaning finishing for a jewel Happy forever!
8. Control and Packaging
Quality control and packaging of your jewel!
